This Privacy Policy explains how Mucio Brilla ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through this website (muciobrilla.com) and its contact form. This policy complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and applicable Dutch data protection law. By submitting personal information through this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

When you submit the contact form: first name and last name; email address; phone number (optional); subject or topic of your enquiry; content of your message; and a consent record including timestamp and IP address at the moment you activated the GDPR consent checkbox.
Standard web hosting infrastructure may generate server log data including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and access timestamps, used solely for security and diagnostic purposes.
All personal data is processed under Article 6 of the GDPR on the bases of: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) where a paid service is engaged; Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for basic website security and log maintenance.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@muciobrilla.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Your data is used exclusively to: respond to your enquiry; deliver requested services; schedule and conduct Earning Assessment Sessions or Earned Practice arrangements; deliver digital products such as the Brilla Earning Guide; maintain service correspondence; and comply with Dutch accounting and legal obligations. Your data is not used for profiling or unsolicited marketing.
Contact form data with no resulting service: deleted within 12 months. Client service records: retained 7 years per Dutch fiscal law, then permanently deleted. Consent records: retained alongside associated data. Server logs: overwritten after 90 days.
This website does not deploy analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. No commercial cookies are set. The following are present for functional purposes only: Google Maps (may set cookies); Google Fonts CDN (Google may log IP); Font Awesome via Cloudflare CDN (may log access requests). I have no control over data collected by these providers.
Personal data is not shared except: with data processors bound by processing agreements; legal authorities when required by law; or a business successor under equivalent protections.
Where any service transfers data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place per GDPR Chapter V, including European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
